All Pathways Global program fees are published in full. No hidden charges. Every participant and host organization reviews the complete cost picture before any commitment is made.

Participant Fees

Either the participant or the host organization may pay participant fees and the placement fee — by mutual agreement between both parties.

Placement Fee

Scaled by program length. Paid by the host organization, the participant, or split between both parties — by agreement. Placement services may not be available for all programs; some placements are facilitated through international partners.

J-2 Dependent Fees

J-2 status is available for a J-1 participant's spouse and unmarried children under 21. One application fee covers all J-2 dependents applying together.
